This trick is similar to the previous one - Under Arm Throw.
Juggle Cascade then throw one ball straight up and catch it under Your arm in the other hand.
Keep in mind that the throw which you catch under arm has siteswap 3 - so it`s the same throw as in Cascade but it is caught in another place.
